Get a coach that has the right lens to work with your ADHD brain

Leading with ADHD doesn't mean you need fixing. It means your coach needs the right lens.

When you force a "busy brain" into a neurotypical box, you simply exhaust it.

✔️116 hours of ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) training that exceeded the minimum requirement of ICF for an associate certified coach.
✔️Pre-recorded, unedited ADHD-focused coaching sessions assessed by experts
✔️100+ hours of paid ADHD coaching logged
✔️Structured tests on ADHD traits & executive function
✔️Observations of 5 recorded ADHD coaching sessions

This was how the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) credentialed me for how I coach in action: ethically, competently, and through a neuro-informed lens. This was the first step PAAC-certified coaches begin with.

To state that I’m currently the only PAAC-certified ADHD Coach Practitioner in Singapore isn’t humble bragging. It’s demonstrating accountability.

And a call for more of PAAC-credentialed coaches.

Its also what the ADHD leaders I work with appreciate.

I don't guess how their brains work. I understand them even when they don’t.

In a world of unregulated coaching, you deserve a coach assessed rigorously on their actual practice, particularly when it’s related to neurodivergent.

Done well, coaching helps you stop fighting your brain and start working with it.

Leading with ADHD isn’t only about strengthening executive function.

It’s about leveraging your natural patterns to rally your team behind your vision.

More than a decade of leadership experience, now applied through ADHD-informed, Gallup-certified strengths-based coaching, this is how I approach coaching:

☑️ The Lens: ADHD-informed, seeing your challenges through the ADHD reality.

☑️ The Superpower: Strengths-based, identifying the natural talent themes that bring out your best.

And in the trenches with you as you lead.

I want my coaching to not just be intuitive.
But skilled, tested, and accountable.

This is my commitment to you.

And yes - still the quirky, unorthodox Candice! 👻

P.S. Are you a leader navigating a "busy brain"? I’d love to know: do you feel like you’re managing your strengths, or are you still fighting your ADHD?
