I am your Comrade-Confidant.

I am a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, with more than 20 years in both the private and public sectors building a career from setting up management systems to developing talent and building organisation capabilities, and then to growing industries, largely in a leadership capacity.

That said, you don’t need a coach. Instead, I partner with you on your leadership journey - from strategy to people to execution. I will be truthful with you when you're overthinking that reorganization and when you need to have that tough conversation the next day.

There are also frameworks to turn those insights into actions: guidance for difficult conversations, systems for scaling your decision-making, strategies for building trust with a team.
